Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The package is damaged, leaking, or tampered with upon delivery.
• The product is expired or spoiled upon arrival.
• You received the wrong product or variant.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or partially consumed products.
• Products not stored as per the instructions, leading to spoilage.
• Returns due to change of mind or personal taste preferences.

Return Process

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Steps to request for return:

• Email us at bellyvoids@gmail.com with your order details.
• Attach clear images of the product, packaging, and invoice for verification.
• Our team will review the request and approve a refund if eligible.
• Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the source that was used to make payment for the order.
• Please allow the team atleast 3-4 days to review the return request and process a refund. You will be notified when the refund is processed via email. It may take 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after being processed from our side.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded.

The order once placed cannot be cancelled.

All returns are subject to quality checks to prevent misuse of the policy.

If your product was purchased from a third-party seller, please follow their return guidelines.
